Where can I find nutritional information
on your products?
Does your food contain MSG?
Panda Express does not add MSG to any of our entrees or sides and we do not purchase
products from suppliers who add MSG. However, glutamate is found naturally in some

Which of your menu items are vegetarian?
Panda Express does not offer vegetarian entrees due to our cooking process. Most
of our entrees contain a chicken base that is used as a flavor enhancer.
What if I have food allergies?
Panda Express dishes may contain food allergens such as eggs, peanuts or shellfish.

How do I take your customer survey?
We are very interested in hearing about your dining experience. Please save your purchase
receipt because on the back is an invitation to take our Guest Satisfaction Survey.
Call the toll-free 800 number that is listed or go to our special website and take the survey
online.
Each survey takes only 3 minutes and everyone who completes it gets a coupon for a free
entrée item (with purchase of any 2-entrée plate) on a future visit. You can take the
survey as often as once every 14 days. Limit one survey per person every 2 weeks.
How do I get my free entree after taking your customer survey?
There is a space on the back of your receipt to write down your validation code.
Getting your free entrée is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Write down the validation code on the back of your receipt
2. Bring your receipt (with validation code) to any participating Panda Express location
3. Purchase any 2-entrée combo plate and present your receipt to the cashier for a FREE 3rd ENTRÉE ITEM
