Job Description:
Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation including personnel, service standards, food preparation and cleanliness. Work with the Manager to control cost and improve unit profitability. Orient, train and coach kitchen staff in all duties and standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Mandarin/Szechwan cuisine.
Special Skills:
Knowledge of basic preparation and cooking procedures for Mandarin/Szechwan cuisine and ability to follow standardized recipes. Good leadership and supervisory skills.
Educational Req:
High school or equivalent.
