Job Description:

Prepare and cook all dishes according to the company's recipes and procedures. Perform opening and closing routines for the kitchen. Assist the Manager/Chef in training the kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

Completion of the on-the-job training. Knowledge and skill in Chinese cuisine and cooking utensils a plus.

Special Skills:

Attention to detail in food preparation and cooking.

Educational Req:

High school or equivalent.
