Job Description:

Work with an experienced General Manager and learn how to operate a Panda Express restaurant which would include:

• Management knowledge and skills in areas of P&L, marketing, legal compliance, safety and sanitation, recruiting, scheduling, coaching and performance evaluation
• Adminstrative and computer skills in relation to inventory, purchasing, scheduling and sales reporting
• Front of the house skills, standards and procedures including selling, serving, ordering, opening and closing
• Back of the house skills, standards and procedures including cutting, marinating, cooking, opening and closing

Special Skills:

Excellent guest service, leadership qualities and a willingness to learn.

Educational Req:

College student, preferably hospitality or business administration major.
