HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Contact your local Panda Express Manager.
  2. Schedule the date and time of the event with the General Manager.
  3. Panda will create a flyer for you to make copies and distribute.
  4. Invite friends & family to dine-in or take-out at Panda Express on the day of the event.
  5. Panda will send your school or organization a check within two to three weeks after your event.




WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROGRAM?

WHAT DOES YOUR ORGANIZATION GET IN RETURN?

Panda will donate 20% of the sales from every Guest that presents your event flyer at the time of purchase during the fundraiser day and time. Panda will send your school or organization a check within two to three weeks after your event.





WHEN CAN YOUR ORGANIZATION HOST YOUR EVENT?

We suggest scheduling your fundraising event at least three weeks in advance. Your school or organization may want to consider weekday evenings between 4-9 pm to hold your event.

Your school or organization can host a fundraiser event at one of our participating 1200 locations. Use our store locator on PandaExpress.com to help you locate the closest Panda location.





WAYS TO PROMOTE YOUR FUNDRAISING EVENT.

* Flyers cannot be distributed in front of the restaurant on the day of the event.

The more you spread the word and the more flyers that are brought in the day of the event, the more money will be raised for your organization! We are looking forward to supporting your organization!





FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will it take for the check to be processed and sent to our organization?
The typical process is between two and three weeks for delivery from the date of event and completion of all paperwork. If your organization has not received a check after 3 weeks, please contact us at 1-800-877-8988.
How many times can our organization do a fundraiser?
Please work with the General Manager to determine the number of fundraisers the store can accommodate. Use our restaurant locator on PandaExpress.com to find the store phone number or address.
How can our organization cancel or change the date/time of our fundraiser event?
You may cancel or change the date/time of your fundraiser event within 48 hours by contacting the General Manager at the Panda Express where you were planning to host the event. Use our restaurant locator on PandaExpress.com to find the store phone number or address.
Our organization needs a new flyer.
