Inspiration from the islandsYears ago, Chef Andy visited Hawaii and while there, he was inspired by a traditional Hawaiian Chicken dish. When he came back he created his own recipe for what is now our Panda Express Orange Chicken. And over the years he perfected the technique into what it is today.
