How Do I Participate
How do I sign up for Panda Rewards®?
We've launched Panda Rewards® at participating locations. Simply download the Panda Express mobile app on your Apple or Android phone or visit PandaExpress.com to sign up for an account. You can sign up with just an email!
What if I already have a Panda Express account?
Visit PandaRewards.com to get started. You'll be able to join by signing into your existing account.
Why am I getting an error when I try to sign up for Panda Rewards®?
You may be getting an error message because the email address you are using is already linked to an existing Panda Express account. Try the “Forgot your password?” link or open a Guest Care ticket at guest care form.
Can I sign up at a Panda Express store location?
At this time, you won’t be able to sign up at the register. Go to www.PandaRewards.com to sign up. You can start earning Panda Points® immediately, including for the meal you just ordered by inputing the Unique Rewards Code (found at the bottom or your receipt) into your account.
Do I need to have a smartphone to participate?
Not at all, all you will need is a verifiable email address. You can still sign up at PandaRewards.com and manage your account from there. The Panda Express mobile app provides the most convenient and seamless Panda Rewards® experience.
Can I give my phone number to the cashier to participate?
Yes! Click here to link your phone number to your Panda Rewards® account, and then give your phone number to the cashier to earn points for your transaction.
How can I update my account information?
First, log in to your Panda Rewards® account on our mobile app or website. Then navigate to Accounts and click on Account Details. Here, you can make updates to your account.
Earning Panda Points®
How do I get Panda Points® for my in-store order?
At participating Panda Rewards® locations, simply place your member QR code (found in the Scan tab of your Panda Express mobile app) underneath the scanner located by checkout or let the cashier know you’re a Panda Rewards® member and share your phone number.
If you forgot to scan your mobile app in-store or provide the cashier with your phone number, check your receipt for your Unique Rewards Code and enter it here. Note: You must complete this within 7 days if you forgot to use your loyalty account when ordering.
How do I get Panda Points® for my online order?
At participating Panda Rewards® locations, log in to your account when you place your online order (whether it’s on the mobile app or at PandaExpress.com) and you’ll earn points automatically.
If you forgot to log in to your account when placing an online order, please contact Guest Care.
What if I don’t have a QR code to show the cashier that I’m a Panda Rewards® member?
No problem. You can let the cashier know you’re a Panda Rewards® member and share your phone number at checkout. If you already placed your order, on your receipt, you can find your Unique Rewards Code and enter it here. Note: You must complete this within 7 days if you forgot to use your loyalty account when ordering.
How do I link my phone number to my account?
To link a mobile phone number to your account, log in to your account and go to Account and then Account Details. Add your mobile phone number. Enter the verification code sent to your device. Each account can only have one unique phone number associated with it.
I forgot to sign into my account or scan my QR code at checkout. Can I still earn Panda Points® for my purchase?
Absolutely – save that receipt! Points from your order can be earned within 7 days of any qualifying purchases. Find the Unique Rewards Code from your receipt and enter it here.
How can I earn Panda Points®?
You earn 10 Panda Points® on every dollar spent on qualifying purchases1 at participating Panda Express locations in the United States. Be sure you scan your member QR code in your Panda Express mobile app when checking out in-store or ensure you are logged into your account for online orders. Keep an eye out for exclusive Panda Rewards® offers as well! Rewards members can earn bonus points during special promotional periods. See Terms for additional information.

Where can I find my points balance?
Log into your account and navigate to Rewards to view your current balance. Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your most recent transaction’s points to be added to this total.
Where can I find my Panda Points® history?
Panda Points® earning history can be found in the Account tab. Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your most recent transaction’s points to be added to this total.
What items are eligible to earn Panda Points®?
Points can be earned on any food purchased in a restaurant or online via the PandaExpress.com website or Panda Express mobile app at participating locations in the United States.
Points cannot be earned on Gift Card or Swag Shop purchases, third-party delivery services (such as DoorDash, GrubHub, etc.), taxes, fees, donations, alcohol, or tips.

Do my Panda Points® expire?
Points expiration is based on your last purchase date, not the date you earned them. All Points in your account expire after one year of account inactivity. An account is considered inactive when no qualifying purchase has been made on that account within a 365-day period. See Terms for additional information.
I just placed an order. When will I see my Panda Points® added to my account?
In-restaurant orders earn points upon checkout immediately. Online orders earn points when the order is picked up or delivered. If you don’t see your points added, close and reopen the app to check again. In some cases, points may be delayed up to 24 hours. If you still do not see your points, please let us know.
Can I earn Panda Points® for ordering Panda Express through a third-party delivery service such as DoorDash, Grubhub, UberEats, etc?
No, you cannot earn points for orders placed through any third-party delivery services.
Which locations are participating in the Panda Rewards® program?
The Panda Rewards® program is available at participating locations. Check with your store or visit https://www.pandaexpress.com/location to see if your store is participating in the program.
Can I earn Panda Points® for purchasing a gift card?
No, you cannot earn points for purchasing a gift card. However, you can earn points on a purchase paid for using a Panda Express gift card.
Can I earn Panda Points® for purchasing items in the Swag Shop?
No, you cannot earn points for purchases made in the Swag Shop at this time.
Can I earn Panda Points® on my Panda Cares donations?
No, you cannot earn points on donations at this time.
Rewards
What is the Panda Rewards® Shop?
The Panda Rewards® Shop is where you can cash in your earned Panda Points® to redeem for your favorite Panda menu items! Redemption values begin as low as 200 points!
How do I exchange my Panda Points® for a Reward?
Navigate to Rewards in your Panda Rewards® account and select the Redeem tab. Menu items that you have enough points for will be shown as available to you in the Panda Rewards® Shop. Select the reward you would like to redeem, and it will be added to your order. Rewards you do not have enough points to redeem will be listed under Keep Earning to Unlock.
Can I turn rewards back into Panda Points® if I change my mind?
If you decide not to use a reward you added to your online order, simply go to your bag and remove the reward from your order by tapping the X on the reward.
If you decide not to use a reward you added for an in-store transaction, you can find that reward in the Scan tab and remove it there by clicking on the X.
If you unlock a reward and the reward remains unused for 2 hours, then the reward will be cancelled and the Panda Points® used to unlock the reward will revert back to the your account.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
No, only one reward, gift or offer can be redeemed per order at this time.
How do I qualify for the Birthday Gift*?
Sign up for Panda Rewards®, and enter your birthdate at least 24 hours prior to your birthday. You can access your birthday information in the Account tab under Account Details when you are logged into your account.
How do I redeem the Birthday Gift*?
On your birthday, sign in to your Panda Rewards® account and navigate to Rewards and select the Offers tab at the top to see your Birthday Gift. Open this offer by clicking on it and you'll see the multiple gift options available for you to choose. Click on the 'Redeem' button within the offer itself to redeem your gift either in-store or online by simply adding the item of your choice to your order. You can checkout like normal and if you have more than one of these gift items in your order, we'll apply the offer to the item that gives you the largest discount. Birthday Gifts expire on the date as stated on the Birthday Gift. See Terms for additional information.
Why can’t I change my birthdate?
For security purposes, once you have added your birthday to your account you cannot change it via the app or web.
What is a Good Fortune Gift*?
It's another great benefit of being a Panda Rewards® member! Every first qualifying purchase of the month will unlock your surprise Good Fortune Gift. Good Fortune Gifts range from bonus points to special discounts, and come with a special digital fortune cookie message. The gift expires on the date as stated on the Good Fortune Gift. How will I know if I have unlocked my monthly Good Fortune Gift*?
Your first qualified purchase of the month will automatically unlock your Good Fortune Gift. Check your moible app or account online to reveal your gift. If you are opted in to receive communications, you will also receive your Good Fortune Gift communication by email.
How do I redeem my Good Fortune Gift*?
Your Good Fortune Gift will show under the Offers tab within the Rewards section in your account. Select your offer to redeem and add that item to your order. Your discount will apply at check out.
Does my Good Fortune Gift* expire?
Your Good Fortune Gift expires on the date as stated on the Good Fortune Gift. Don't forget to use it!
Why was I asked to provide my email address?
Providing your email address allows you to log in and create a Panda Rewards® account.
How do I reset my password?
If you are logged in, you may reset your password here. If you are not logged in already, you may click the account icon, click "Sign In", then click "Forgot your password?".
