Honey Sesame Chicken Breast Shepherd's Pie

STEP 1: Boil Potatoes

  • 2 cups of salted water
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Simmer until tender

STEP 2: Mash potatoes

  • 1⁄4 cup of milk
  • 2tbs of butter, cubed
  • Whisk until smooth
  • Add salt & pepper to taste

STEP 3: Combine

  • Large pail of Honey Sesame Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Add salt & pepper to taste

STEP 4: Fill ramekins

STEP 5: Topping

  • Add potatoes
  • Create crisscross design

STEP 6: Finish

  • Melt 1 tbs of butter
  • Brush lightly

STEP 7: Bake at 375F for ~30 min

STEP 8: Garnish with chopped parsley

Orange Chicken & Bacon Biscuit Sandwich

STEP 1: Candied Bacon

  • 8 double cut thick-sliced bacon
  • 1 1⁄2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1⁄2 tsp cayenne powder

Bake for 20 minutes at 350F

STEP 2: Pickled Cucumbers

[Chef slices cucumbers]

  • 1-2 Persian cucmber (sliced 1⁄8” thick)
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

[Chef mixes step 2 ingredients together]

STEP 3: Sesame Seed Biscuits

  • 1 pack canned refrigerated biscuits (8 servings)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1⁄2 tsp black and white sesame seeds

[Chef brushes milk and sesame seeds on uncooked biscuits] 

  • Bake biscuits as directed on package

The Original Orange Chicken Burrito

THE INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED

  • Leftover orange chicken
  • Fried rice or chow mein
  • Shredded cheese
  • Flour tortillas
  • Chili packets

STEP 1: Orange Chicken

  • Place orange chicken in an air fryer or oven
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes

STEP 2: Rice and Cheese

  • While the chicken is cooking reheat the fried rice in a pan
  • Add shredded cheese

STEP 3: Assembling the Burrito

[Chef removes chicken from fryer and checks to make sure it is crispy]

  • Place tortilla on surface
  • Add the chili sauce
  • Place rice and chicken on a tortilla and wrap the burrito

Black Pepper Angus Steak Empanada

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED

  • Pie crust
  • Leftover Black Pepper Angus Steak
  • Shredded cheese
  • An egg

STEP 1: Filling

  • Separate all meat and veggies from leftover Black Pepper Angus Steak and chop them up

  • Add cheese to the bowl and mix until well blended

STEP 2: The Dough

  • Next roll out the pie crust
  • Cut circles out of the pie crust with a circle mold

STEP 3: Assembling the Empanada

  • Crack the egg in a cup and scramble
  • Fill and seal the empanada with the cheese and leftover Black Pepper Angus Steak

  • Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes
